I have just noticed: the cash machine at Russell Square (home of International Press during the Olympics) starts at £200 and goes up by increments of £100.

This is a bit like how I feel trying to manage two new blogs . . .

 

Being early for an event is a chance to explore the back streets. Last night I was in Fleet Street and happy to find out what was going on in lanes once inhabited by our printing trade. This is St Bride's Lane. The sculpture may be made of broken up printing presses, I don't know. There is something intriguing going on as always when one lifts a camera to photograph London.
